- Basic account information: We ask for basic information from you in order to set up your account. For example, we require individuals who sign up for Thrive account to provide an email address and password, along with a username or name. You may provide us with more information — like your age and other information you want to share — but we don’t require that information to create an account.
- Communications with us: You may also provide us with information when you respond to our surveys and input information. When you communicate with us we store a copy of our communications in a secure location and it is only accessible to the development team.

We store personal information for only as long as required and necessary for research purposes as outlined in the Cleveland State University Institutional Review Board (IRB) application and in line with the policies and procedures outlined at StrategizeMe.

While no online service is 100% secure, we work very hard to protect information about you against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction, and take reasonable measures to monitor our services for potential vulnerabilities and attacks.
